Endurance Workout

Sled drill pull is a endurance technique that everyone can do that is a total body conditioning workout .The workouts focuses on hamstrings and  can be done at home or within your local gym. This workout is a good start for those interested in increasing power, strength, and size. This is focuses on mental toughness designed to allow for low-impact and more joint-friendly. 

Perform each drill for the designated number of reps 10 yards. Rest for 30 seconds and move on the the next drill. Complete all 3 drill, rest 30 seconds, then take it from the top.

What to do:
Perform each move for the designated number of reps. Push the sled 20 yards and back 10 yards. Position your body in a sitting for the sled pull and sled pull through. For the sled slide balance on one leg, hop backwards and pull the sled towards you.  Complete all 3 drill in each round. Rest 30 seconds. Move on to the next round. Complete all 5 rounds, rest 30 seconds and repeat the whole workout.

10 Sled Slide
Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 2:
10 Sled Pull
10 Sled Pull Through
10 Sled Slide
Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 3:
10 Sled Pull
10 Sled Pull Through
10 Sled Slide
Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 4:
10 Sled Pull
10 Pull Through
10 Sled Slide
Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 5:
10 Sled Pull
10 Sled Pull Through
10 Sled Slide
Rest 30 Seconds

Repeat entire workout
