Fitness Goal Bingo Workout

The goal of this workout is to see how many ways you can get a Bingo and there are many creative was to do that. At the gym fitness can become mundane even home fitness. Some of the workouts can be done at home or within your local gym. This workout is a good start for those interested in getting fit and designed to be a full body  workout if you want!

Perform each exercise to your discretion either using high reps or a circuit design. Take Rest as needed for 30 seconds and move on the next exercise. There are multiple variation to do each basic exercise, PLEASE DON’T DO NOT REPEAT THE BASIC STYLE.

Equipment:
Weights, Resistance Bands, Medicine Ball or Body Weight

What to do:
Perform each move for the designated number of reps you determine with no rest between and move to next exercise. Create a pattern out of the chart either in a straight line, across, down, the four corners or a blackout, there are other bingo patterns as well. See how many different fitness patterns you can come up with and have fun.
