Brick Squad Workout
Sent home for the rest of the month due to the coronavirus and unfortunately the gyms are closed. I look around my yard and there it was a brick and that’s when I got the ideas.
The workouts can be done at comfort of your home. This workout is good for those who want to continue their intense workout and who want a full body workout. Those interested in maintaining and potential build strength can give this workout a try with no cost. This is designed to be a full body workout, allowing one item help you reach your fitness goals
Perform each exercise with a weight that is not to heavy. Complete each exercise 10x’s before moving onto the next exercise. If you need to rest for 30 seconds and move on the the next round. Complete all 4 rounds, rest 30 seconds, then take it from the top.
Equipment:
Anything heavy: Brick, Gallon Water Jug, 5-Gallon General Bucket, Dumb Bell
What to do:
Perform each move for the designated number of reps with no rest between moves. Complete all 3 moves in each round. Rest 30 seconds. Move on to the next round. Complete all 4 rounds, rest 30 seconds and repeat the whole workout.
Exercises:
5 min 1 Leg Jump Rope
Overhead lunges
Zercher Squat
Shoulder Press
Russian Twist
Repeat entire workout
