7 Day Fitness Challenge

This fitness challenge incorporates a vast array of exercises that are sure to get your muscle toned and tight  for women and men. Some of the workouts can be done at home or within your local gym. This workout is good for those interested in having a set regime for the week, looking to spice up any boring workout and will get you set to start strength training/ weightlifting. You will have  the body of your dreams in no time. This is designed to utilize your muscle fully focusing on shocking them with different exercises because, consistence yields results  guaranteed.

Perform each exercise for 5 sets of 10. Complete all 3 exercises for the day and even blend 2 of your own.

Equipment:
Bar Bell, Gym Machine,  Dumb Bell & Yoga Mat

What to do:
Perform each move for the designated number of reps with no rest between moves. Each exercise should be done 5X10

Chest Fly
Crunches

Tuesday

Front Squats
Dips
Planks

Wednesday

Deadlift
Pull Downs
Flutter Kicks

Thursday

Jump Squats
Rows
Russian Twist

Friday

Leg Press
Shoulder Press
Sit-Up

Saturday

Step Up
Landmines
Leg Raises

Sunday

REST DAY
