Many of us are being told to isolate ourselves and finding our local gyms closed. However,  no need to fear this workout was created to be done in the comfort of your home to yield results. This workout is designed to fully addressee your body, from your arms to your legs. Focusing on a broad range of exercises to address different muscle groups.

Equipment:
Not a thing

What to do:
Perform each move for the designated number of reps with no rest between moves. Complete exercises for the circuit. Rest 60 seconds. Move on to the next round. Complete all 4 rounds, rest 60 seconds and repeat the whole workout.

Exercises:

High Knees

Bicep Curls

Plank Jacks

Triceps Dips

Jumping Jacks

Alternating Lunges

Squat Jumps

 

*Rest 60 Seconds

*Repeat entire workout
